To commemorate the 75th anniversary of the release of the "May Day Slogan" by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, a report on the advanced typical deeds of democratic parties in the province was held in Wuhan on April 25th. Ning Yong, a member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China Hubei Provincial Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department, attended the report meeting. Wang Hongling, chairman of the Provincial Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the People's Republic of China, Hu Zhongjun, chairman of the Provincial Committee of the People's Republic of China, and Qin Shunquan, chairman of the Provincial Committee of the Jiusan Society, attended the event.

At the meeting, Ning Yong presented certificates to 16 outstanding representatives of democratic parties and took a group photo with the recognized individuals. Zhang Wenzhong, a member of Zhigong Party and chairman of Hubei Taihe Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd., and Jin De'an, chairman of Zhigong Party's Xiangyang Municipal Committee and director of Xiangyang Housing Provident Fund Center, were commended.
