From June 8 to 9, 2023, the China Machinery Industry Federation and the China General Machinery Industry Association organized a product appraisal meeting for the "46" Class150 triple eccentric side top mounted ultra-low temperature butterfly valve (design temperature: -196 ℃~150 ℃, model: 46 "DD363Y-CL150)" developed by Hubei Taihe Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd. and National Pipeline Network Group Nanshan (Shandong) Natural Gas Co., Ltd. for Longkou LNG Terminal in Zigui, Hubei.
The expert committee of the appraisal committee is composed of experts from Hefei General Machinery Research Institute Co., Ltd., CNOOC Zhejiang Ningbo LNG Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Pump Valve Product Quality Inspection Center, China Wuhuan Engineering Co., Ltd., Lanzhou University of Technology, China Huanqiu Contracting&Engineering Co., Ltd., Offshore Petroleum engineering Co., Ltd. and other units.
The appraisal committee believes that the developed large-diameter three eccentric side top mounted ultra-low temperature butterfly valve has independent intellectual property rights, filling the domestic gap, and its main technical indicators have reached the advanced level of similar international products. Among them, the sealing performance is better than foreign products, and can be promoted and used in LNG receiving stations.
The "46" Class150 ultra-low temperature butterfly valve "product was led by National Pipeline Network Group Nanshan (Shandong) Natural Gas Co., Ltd., relying on the Longkou LNG receiving station project, and completed various research and development tasks in two years. After passing the appraisal, the developed ultra-low temperature large diameter butterfly valve products will be gradually put into industrial application.
